Scheduled for a 130 interview. Came in at 1230 but they informed me at around 1 that i was mistalenly profiled for the role. I insisted on an initial interview but they just gave me an entrance exam for agents. Waste of time, effort and energy. Didn't hear anything from them and it's been a year.

For laterals 4-5 levels of discussion including HR rounds. Very courteous leadership team makes you feel comfortable. Most of the interview rounds are in person which would be time consuming. If you are at AGM level you will have to meet the leadership team and interview process will be learning session. Good to meet the hiring team and you will quickly understand the org structure.
