      Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela HGS (Quezon City, National Capital Region) em ago. de 2015

      Entrevista

      INITIAL INTERVIEW: Conducted by HR personnel. Very typical questions, ranging from verifying applicant's background facts/details to stuff like, "Why should we hire you" or "Why did you choose us". Very easy to pass. Difficulty/Stress level: Minimal. Confidence level required: Moderate to High. WRITTEN TEST: Actually part of the documents you need to fill up right after signing in as applicant. Questions are few & require practical answers. Difficulty/Stress level: Minimal to None. Confidence level required: Minimal to Moderate. ONLINE TEST: Basically consists of 3 tests (Aptitude, Typing, Personality). Relatively easy to pass, especially for Aptitude, unless you're Below Average. Typing is easy especially if applicant has substantial encoding/typing experience. Personality is a sure pass if you choose the best options (i.e., those that describe the ideal person/employee). Difficulty/Stress level: Moderate. Confidence level required: Minimal. LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT: Or Phone Interview. Questions are practical & based on experiences. Should be easy to pass especially if applicant has acceptable or decent conversant English. Difficulty/Stress level: Moderate. Confidence level required: Moderate to High. MOCK CALL: Applicant is given 20-30 minutes to go over call flow, scenario, & tools, & will be briefed right before start of mock call. Be prepared to counter/rebut "You don't know what you're doing" or similar statements. Difficulty/Stress level: Moderate to High. Confidence level required: High. FINAL INTERVIEW: With Operations Manager. May cover typical questions ("Tell me more about yourself") to practical ("Tell me about your multitasking skills"). Be prepared to promote yourself ("We prefer applicants who have substantial experience in financial accounts" or "I'm afraid that your past work experience doesn't make you ready/fit for our business"). Be ready with a final statement (answerable by "Why should we hire you") that emphasizes your strong qualities that make you the best person for the job. If all goes well, OM may end interview with "It's been nice talking with you". Difficulty/Stress level: High. Confidence level required: High.

      The hiring process starts well with an initial screening and final interview, but the post-interview stage shows a complete lack of organizational standards. Despite following up multiple times via email and social media, I was completely ghosted after a single, brief response, having been told they would update me soon, but they have not reached out ever since. Leaving a candidate hanging for weeks instead of sending a simple rejection is highly unprofessional and a major disrespect to my time. The job market is difficult, and companies must respect applicants' effort. I will never apply to HGS again, as they have shown clear red flags. An automated reply telling applicants to contact a support email does not hide how disorganized and unacceptable the communication framework is, and the fact that candidates are being treated as entirely disposable data. I am sharing this to provide transparency for future candidates. After completing the final interview stage, communication completely ceased. Despite following up, I received no update. Candidates invest a lot of time into this process, and there should be accountability regarding basic communication. I hope this review serves as a necessary wake-up call for how people are treated. There is a clear double standard in the recruitment process. Communication is only given to accepted applicants, while rejected and backup candidates are completely ghosted. It truly makes one wonder how a company's customers would feel if they knew how poorly job candidates are treated behind the scenes. There must be professional accountability for this level of disorganization, and I am speaking out so future candidates know exactly what to expect.

      Interview process was smooth . It was like virtual hiring event . First they check your status or if you are eligible then move to interviewer. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Interviewer was nice and kind
