Most intense interview I’ve ever experienced. Definitely an overtone of why you are not worthy of working there. The interview is more of an interrogation of you which the owner will use in attempt to sound smart, intimidating and stroke his GINORMOUS ego. Upon being hired, the pay will be devastatingly low. As someone previously mentioned they will tell you there are performance reviews with potential for pay increases which are LIES, LIES, LIES. However, this shouldn’t be surprising because if you make the mistake of accepting the offer, you will discover how financially challenged this business is and most of your time will be directed to dodging suppliers and subcontractors because the company is so poor. They talk about having a growth mindset however they function from a poverty mindset where you are not valued.
