There are many tests e.g. Chinese typing speed tests, and English typing speed tests, letter writing test , Mandarin listening test, English Grammar test and face to face interview etc
To proceed with the hiring process, I first need to complete the psychological test and application form. After that, I will undergo an HR interview before the final round with the department head.
