One round 30 min - 1 hour interview. Pretty much behavioral based with a few vague technical sprinkled in. It was pretty good and not too bad and the person that interviewed me ending up becoming my mentor.

The COO reached out to me via email, the "HR" person was out of town and he was conducting first round interview. Sounds like they have been telling this to a few people from the reviews I read. Knowing it hasn't been a good experience I still went into the phone screening with an open mind. The call went great pretty easy questions. The COO was quick to say I'll hear back before the end of the week for next steps since I was very qualified for this role. Since this was a Hybrid position I figured this would move quickly since the pool of applicants is smaller. I did not hear back EOW and reached out the following week to hear about next steps and asking for any feedback. I was completely ghosted. Did not hear back with next steps or any type of rejection.
