The interview process is a pretty simplistic process. First, you have the initial human resources interview, then you will have the panel interview with people in the same role that you are applying for, and finally, you have the final interview, usually with the direct manager.

I had to answer a series of video prompts for the first step. This step was long and detailed. Then I had an in person interview, followed by a writing sample.
