The interview process was very thorough with multiple discussions with different levels of management. A wide range of questions were asked and there was a lot of detail provided on the expected responsibilities for the role I was seeking.

Describe a difficult situation outside of work that you had to help resolve.
Contacted by recruiter. Followed by senior management interviews. Provide an offer letter with one week to accept. Received follow up communications by both the recruiter and senior management during the interview process. Really felt valued by the HNTB employees involved in the interviewing process.
