I applied online and followed up with a call to HR Recruiting Manager. The manager was not helpful and told me they would call if interested. I decided to send my Resume to the Principal in charge of Interior Design. They immediately scheduled an interview and hired me.

The process of the interview was very long and felt confusing. There were a total of 3 interviews - a screening call with HR, a video interview with 4 members of the team you would potentially work with & then another interview with other people. It was a bit confusing because there was no transparency at the end or during the process.
