I submitted my resume a sample portfolio along with cover letter to the human resources department after a positive employee referral. This was followed shortly by a preliminary interview with a hiring manager 1:1. Shortly followed by secondary interview with hiring manager and potential management and relevant possible supervisors . Both interviews required portfolio reviews and in an depth discussion of experience, work and interests relevant to the position I was applying for.

Entrevista
Screening interview was a joke. Recruiter scheduled an interview and then forgot the interview. She rescheduled and we met. Asked me 2 basic questions, nothing in-depth, her responses were very fake and generic. It was clearly perfunctory to fill some quota. Wasted my time.

Entrevista
They called me for a phone interview, at the same week I was interviewed in person. After a quick conversation they wanted to see more examples in my portfolio. I sent to them and never got any feedback or answers. I spent a lot of time changing my portfolio and in the end they disappeared. Very frustrating experience.
