Interview was split into 2 parts. 1: Lengthy group discussion activity, dealing with relevant and actual problems the company facing. Brainstorm in groups of approximately six and then present ideas to current employees.
2: record in pairs a short video interview of the questions above and submit to hostmaker on site.

It was a very dynamic interview divided in three parts where we had to do some teamwork supervised by the managers of the company. Everything was done in a very relaxed environment and the last part was making a short video answering 4 easy questions.

The process was different to other traditional interview processes that I have been to in the past. It felt a lot more informal and relaxed, with no pressure to participate in the group activity but hints thrown to engage everyone.

Entrevista
There was a brief video interview to be sent through e-mail at the end of the day, after having toured the offices and the group exercise afterwards consisting in coming up with solutions to a problem/issue presented, in this case, properties being too hot because of the summer temperatures and not being prepared for it.
