Was reached out to by a team member on LinkedIn. I had applied to other roles without a referral. My resume was flagged.
I was asked to apply within 24hrs. My first interview was with a senior team member and the manager (30-min each, back-to-back). Approx. 3 weeks later, I had another interview (2 panels of 2 team members, 30-min each, back-to-back). The next day, I had another 30-min interview (was originally supposed to be the day prior, but moved due to scheduling conflicts).

Standard behavioral interview questions:
- What do you know about HP?
- How would you handle a difficult team member?
- What are your 3 strengths?
- What is something that bothers you?
- What type of process would you learn to get up-to-speed?
- Why are you leaving your current job?
- What books have you read about product management?
- What does your ideal manager look like?
Short and clear review by team leader then task and showing the task to the team and department leader. After that I waited maybe a week and a half and I got an offer to the job

It was face to face 3 round. Quest was average, question will be common. They looking technical person.so it would be better if you are developer, as they are looking very specific technology person.
