Screening interview with third party agency followed by panel interview. Seemed strange to go straight to a panel interview without first meeting with hiring manager. Panel interview was 1 hour and 5 participants.

After the initial phone call, during which I was asked about my background and experience, I was invited to a standard in-person interview. I was given a take-home assignment that I had to submit within a week. I received an Excel file containing inventory data and customer consumption data, and I was required to analyze it without any explanation of the dataset. I had to create a presentation with the key insights derived from the data and present it.
