Process consist out of 4 interviews and qualification exam. Exam is to write out documentation and test steps/scenarios for an web site. You'll also need to create automated tests for it. 1st is presetation of the exam, 2nd technical interview, 3rd woth qa manager and 4th one with the director to finish the process.
