A 60 minute video interview was the 2nd and final step - with the owner and managing director. Very personable and quick process (2 interviews and done).
A personality assessment follwed the interview.

Tell me about your experience with employee relations.
Interviewer was extremely argumentative. I have worked multiple jobs at a time since high school yet she was convinced I had job gaps. Even after I explained where positions were listed on my resume (listed by relevance to the role) she continued to talk to me like I was a five year old. The entire interview was extremely uncomfortable.
