it was long and very thourough and they asked a lot of questions. some were about my strengths and some were about my weaknesses. overall they did a great job and were very nice during the process.

A brief phone screen to ascertain basic interest and fit. A follow up face to face interview with the manager and a skills assessment. I was asked back in for an additional follow up interview because this position was new to the organization and they wanted to ensure that I understood the role and that this was a position that I desired.
