Entrevista
The interview process with HRLocker was fast and fair. At the beginning the management was clear about the steps involved in the process, and stayed true to that as we moved forward.

They asked questions about specific deals I have worked on in the past, the result of those deals and the impact that had on relationships with my coworkers at the time.

Entrevista
it is a 5-stage process from here.
Stage 1. Create a short video based on your answers to our questions (you need to create this, and it should be no longer than 10 and ideally less than 5 and submit by replying to this email to HRLocker within 48 hours of the request) this is your chance to pitch yourself to us :)
So, let us begin, please create/record a video on your iPhone or Android device answering the following questions.
1. Pitch yourself on why we should hire you for this role?
2. What is your USP (Unique selling point?
3. How do we work at HRLocker and what defines us as a Company?
4. Why is adult development so important to HRLocker?
5. As we are a remote-first Company Please show us where you will work (your homework space) on the video
6. test your homework place internet speed
7. Your closing remarks
Once you have completed the video, please attach the video and the results of your internet speed and reply to this email.

If you are successful at this stage, you will receive an interview invitation to
Stage 2. Online face to face interview. At this stage, we will do a deeper dive into your background (this should happen no later than 7 days after we get your video,)
Stage 3. This is your chance to ask us as many questions about HRLocker as you want, about the Company our history the people and our future. As we pride ourselves as an open transparent organisation where we put adult development at the centre of our business strategy do not be shy to ask as many questions as you want. You are deciding on us as much as we are deciding on you!
When you are successful at that stage, now we are down to business!
4. The 2nd interview will be a behavioural based interview where you will be questioned using the HRLocker work-based principles (Behavioural Interview or real scenario’s)
5. Your final meeting is an informal chat with your Manager to be and our CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at this stage you have it in the bag! Well, we have some final reference checks, but you will be offered pending references.

Entrevista
Had an impromptu interview where I was called very late at night with no warning and grilled about my CV. It seemed like Adam wanted me to beg for a job.
He would speak over me, not listen to anything I had to say and then insult my experiences to date. Very unprofessional. Did not arrange a time to call, literally phoned out of the blue for an interview. You're supposed to organise an interview. He was totally unprofessional and just wanted to talk about himself. He was very condescending in everything he said. Definitely will not recommend this company, DO NOT APPLY!
