Once you submit your cover letter and resume, HR will send you an email stating that they received it. In that email, they state when you should hear back from them about the job position. Within another 3-5 business days, they email back and set up an interview if they think that you have the skills required for the job position; otherwise, they will kindly tell email you back stating that they will not be setting up an interview. If you get an interview, then they will email you the details. The way that the interview works, is actually very refreshing. A lot of the time, the VP of the company will do the interview and one other person may come along. The interview is really relaxed and it is more of a conversation than a nerve-wracking interview. After the interview is completed, they will follow up with you within the next 3-5 business days about whether or not you receive the position.
