Overall a typical behavioural phone interview, basic questions about HSBC and personality. Friendly and clear interviewer, clearly from HR as no market based questions were asked. CV was screened again by the department I was applying to.

3 1-on-1 interview, with band 3, case study. They don't look at your CV, a set of standard private banking questions, both technical and behavioural, prepared by HR, pretty chill, you will also have a QA section, so be prepared
one HR round, superday with 3 MDs over zoom if you are not in the city, the questions are very standard and pretty much the same for all the candidate, it followed different themes
