Multiple interviews- some repetitive questions that they could do without. The tone could be better to show that they would like to have you onboard. The explanation of expectations of the role was very clear. The salary negotiations was not very pleasant

Very slow and non transparent hiring process. Took 1 month to schedule interview and then was told that position will be closed in. 2 weeks. After conducting 2 rounds in a single days there was no communication for 2-3 weeks from HR. Even after multiple reachouts he told its on hold. Both interviews went well and were relatively easy. I feel the process can be more transparent where feedbacks are provided to candidates and are not kept wondering.
