I got two rounds of interview, one phone interviews and one on site 1:1 with three rotations. They asked quite a few technical questions, say basic accounting/ corporate finance/ stock market etc. Pretty easy if you have done your work in college. The HR will test your communication skills too.

Relaxed and informative talk with head. Mostly was discussing interests and job perspectives, apart from general questions “Why”. Depends on the manager attitude, as other managers were asking technical questions and testing

The interview process for the online assessment was excellent and thought provoking. The online assessment was however really difficult, and I don't think it's good in filtering out good potential employees.

Entrevista
Very straightforward interview with the CFO. Went through my CV and asked questions about my past internships and experiences. Also tested my finance knowledge with basic finance questions. Interviewer was very nice overall. I got a call one week later saying I got the internship.
