There is a mandatory online test based on 'situation handeling' which has 23 questions and you have to get atleast 6 answers correct.it has 1 best answer and 1 worst answer.you need to get both the answers correct.
There there is a face to face interview again where they ask you questions and judge how can you handle situations.
