The process took around 4w. SJT during the application and two ap tests afterward.
First Round: Phone Interview with HR
Second Round: Phone Interview (Can be face to face) with line manager ( Risk)
Firstly, you apply through website-> Doing the On-Demand Interview (within 5 days of applying) -> Phone Call -> Interview with manager -> 2nd Interview (if applicable) -> Waiting for result

Entrevista
Apply online and do the first test. After a few days, will receive a job simulation assessment (the verbal interview is expected). HR will call you within a month. Then manager-in. The whole process takes me 2-3 months.

Entrevista
ask for examples about your personal experiences. There are 6 to 7 questions and most of them are about introducing yourself in an advanced way. Real-life experiences and speech organization are crucial.
