The interview process is very systematic and organised.Generally they have 3 rounds of interview starting from Testing of IQ, English, and the final one will be 1-1 with the Senior Professional like Manager or AVP.

They asked the question related to Finance Industry specially from the Derivative Area once must study the Derivative Area carefully.
Difficulty level of the interview is moderate. good understanding of accounting concept. Good knowledge of accounting terms.Good understanding of journal entries. Knowledge of mutual fund and all is required for this role.
Good process and team input but the role was quite contrained and not as broad as I was expecting but still quite interesting overall.
The role was an addition to smooth a current process rather than a replacement

How familiar I was with the Funds HSBC had under management
It was a great experience. I was asked questions that range from easy to difficult. Initially the question were easy and I could answer them without much thought, however as the interview proceeded the level of difficulty increased. The questions were answerable but had to think before answering.
