Applied online. was told the position was cancelled at first and few weeks later got a phone call from HR asking if still interested. interview held at branch. very good experience, they make it very relaxing and easy.

tell me once you were facing a difficult customer and how did you solve it
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle

Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
