Have to enter a CV and a cover letter stating why you want the position. After that was invited to conduct a video interview. This was very intense due to it being my first experience of a video interview and some tough questions were asked.

Name a time you have spotted an inefficient system and what did you do to make this system more efficient.
the interview process was very quick and simple they did not go into detail regarding what the role is about they just asked why i wanted to join hsbc and one other question, it ended in 10minutes
The interview and the interviewers were really friendly and warm, especially for a student with not much experience. The process may be daunting but the interview was good. the questions were mainly about fit questions so just be aware of yourself.

Entrevista
One round of interview started by self-intro then mainly focus on experiences on CV. The interviewer asked many detailed questions about project experiences on CV. Overall experience is professional and good.
