Straightforward application process. Invited to Immersive Experience, but failed at the Job Simulation which took place next. Immersive Experience was pretty straightforward, but Job Simulation was quite tricky. Need to know about Commercial Banking in order to answer the questions correctly.

Combination of SJT, verbal, numerical then numerical, SJT with some answers requiring video responses.
It was great! They have practice zones so you can practice more and get used to the situation you may face during the interview. The time count was tough, and you can only submit once. So it would be better if you get to know yourself more and create story data in advance.

Not so hard for OT, you are invited to a OT immidiately after the application and you can prepare for it in its guidances. If you are fully prepared, then here you are!

Entrevista
First were the online aptitude tests, Video Interview next followed by Job Simulation then Assessment Centre. Very quick to progress to the next stage but did not hear from them for at least 4 months following the completion of the job simulation.
