Online test-phone interview- video interview, I fail on the online test and I got the feedback after I did the test. It is very obvious that the system is very complete to select the candidates and I am glad that I attended.

Numerical reasoning test, Values Behavioral test, Video interview (HSBC video interview is a pre-recorded interview with a virtual interview) and HSBC assessment centre .

Telephone Interview: Most interview questions are behavioural. It took around 15-20 minutes. HR was very professional and the atmosphere was good, sadly I did not get into the next round.

Smooth and friendly assessors made everything easier. The general themes are mainly regarding company core values, examining your problem solving capabilities, how you approach the current bank issues. If you do some research beforehand you will be fine.
