Interview process took 4 months altogether. First was the usual online tests, if you got through that they would schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was scheduled only 2 months later, when I had all but thought the process was dead. Interviewer was from UK and asked questions like who are HSBC's competitors, who is your most admired finance professional. Was told I passed the phone interview and had to wait if they would call me down for the final interview at the assessment centre. Still waiting...
