Very long and drawn out, general customer service questions asked (give scenarios when... you worked as a team, you led a group, you helped someone out). Quite relaxed, which was unexpected. Basic maths and english test as part of application process. Awful long time taken to hear back from interview.

Entrevista
The interview was professional, well-structured and welcoming. The questions were clear and relevant, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment while giving helpful insight into the role. The process was formal but that is to be expected given the company
The interview consisted of going through the curriculum vitae. explaining why I am good for the role. and examples of instances i showed hsbc values. showed what my ambitions were.
