Few rounds of qualitative and quantitative interviews. A behavioral interview with HR and then a few more technical rounds with VPs. The interviews don't require a lot of prior experience but would be helpful to understand the basics of financial markets.

Multiple stages of interviews. Began with an online assessment which had multiple choice questions, some were "what would you do" situations but also had math questions. Next stage was another online interview - this time with video responses, harder math questions, short answers. Finally, in person super day. We started with a group project - and the interviewers are in the room to see how you work your way to a solution which you then present and are asked questions about. Finally, three rounds of interviews with various people. Mine were somewhat informal - talking about tax legislation, futures, bonds, etc. However this did not seem to be the case for other interviewees who were asked about strengths, weaknesses, etc.
