They look for your skills; language, computer, communication. They will also check all your reference from all your previous jobs. You will need to demonstrate good presentation and sales skills. They will also test every one of your language skills listed. You must have a clean background to work for a bank for obvious reasons.
Interview with standard set of questions, and career plan- ex Why do you think you are suitable for this role , where do you see yourself in 5 years , business clothing required
Hr first and two hiring managers after . Too many interviews. Asked about past experience and school projects. Be prepared to answer any standard questions for interview preparation. Strengths vs weakness
The interviewer was nice and process was easy. It started with a phone interview and asking why would you want to choose this position and why choosing HSBC? Afterwards, they have arranged a face to face interview
