I applied online, got phone call next day after the application close date.
Interview with the branch manager and another management person.
Only asked behaviour questions and past experience during the interview.
Received an email from HR asking for reference check on same day.
Interview with standard set of questions, and career plan- ex Why do you think you are suitable for this role , where do you see yourself in 5 years , business clothing required
Hr first and two hiring managers after . Too many interviews. Asked about past experience and school projects. Be prepared to answer any standard questions for interview preparation. Strengths vs weakness
The interviewer was nice and process was easy. It started with a phone interview and asking why would you want to choose this position and why choosing HSBC? Afterwards, they have arranged a face to face interview
