Entrevista
Started off with an online application followed by an online test. The test was very innovative in its approach, and the feedback was incredibly insightful.
Next was a virtual job simulation for the business function I was applying for. Giving a real insight into the role I was applying for allowed me to partake in mock activities. The feedback during this stage was incredibly extensive and helpful.
The final stage was an experience day which was conducted virtually. This consisted of micro-exercises which were to be completed in my own time, followed up by two strengths-based and motivational interviews. Following the final stage, I was given insightful feedback and was communicated with on a bi-weekly basis.
It was great! They have practice zones so you can practice more and get used to the situation you may face during the interview. The time count was tough, and you can only submit once. So it would be better if you get to know yourself more and create story data in advance.

First were the online aptitude tests, Video Interview next followed by Job Simulation then Assessment Centre. Very quick to progress to the next stage but did not hear from them for at least 4 months following the completion of the job simulation.
