It started with an online assessment which I cleared. A few days later, I received an email that the interview would be with a panel of 2 people. A day before the interview, I let the HR know that my COVID report was positive and requested them to reschedule my interview by a day. She just responded by saying that the panel wasn't available the following day. I told her that I could do it any time that week - as I just needed a day for my symptoms to subside. The next thing I know is that my inbox had an auto generated email from HSBC that after careful examination, they didn't want to proceed with my candidature. This talks a lot about their culture!
