Recruiting staff called me for a phone interview. Then there is another phone interview after two weeks. Then I am invited to the office to conduct a one-on-one interview with the manager.

Basic question. Just prepare the basic answers in introducing yourself and research the division.
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience

Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
