They were looking for a full time teller for long time, I walked in ask if they were hiring, the head teller told me to come back on the follwing monday, had a interview with the branch manager on Monday, hired right on the spot. Then I went on their website applied the position I was interviewed for. Their HR contact me for drug testing and back ground check. start working about 1 month latter.

Interview with standard set of questions, and career plan- ex Why do you think you are suitable for this role , where do you see yourself in 5 years , business clothing required
Hr first and two hiring managers after . Too many interviews. Asked about past experience and school projects. Be prepared to answer any standard questions for interview preparation. Strengths vs weakness
The interviewer was nice and process was easy. It started with a phone interview and asking why would you want to choose this position and why choosing HSBC? Afterwards, they have arranged a face to face interview
