Screening was smooth and easy but I waited for a month with two follow up only to hear I won't be proceed. The process is slow and if you don't want to move a candidate to the next stage you should reject them early.

Did the Online Immersive Assessment first, which took around 1 hour, which includes lots of multiple choice, if lucky to passed then has 1st round online interview with bot, if passed, i think there will be some in person interview, but since I failed, so I am not sure about it
