first stage of the interview is on-demand online interview. The next one is a phone call interview. The process is pretty slow and requires a lot of time to wait for their responses. If you do not into the program, you might find out about it almost 4 months after your application submission.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? Which country or a place you would like to visit
Process was okay. We had a hirevue interview, questions were pretty basic. My suggestions was for you to do some research beforehand. Currently still waiting for the results of hirevue.
