Panel was good and smooth interview process.They were open to different approaches to problem solving I was given ample amount of time to explain my projects and difficulties faced in them and how it was resolved

Very straightforward, interviewers were very clear about the project requirements and were open to discuss to the challenges like working in shifts, production support etc. It was of 2 hours discussion and was very interesting. They behave very professionally and also discussed about the long term plans of the project. In a way they had idea of me joining the firm and wanted to make my stay long in the company.
