I spoke with a very nice HSN recruiter. HSN recruits students from my University (FSU) so the process was very nice and easy. I sent my resume, she responded the same day. Within the next couple days she called me and we set up a day and time for the phone interview. It was a very straight forward, no curve-balls. We discussed my leadership qualities, how I handle certain situations when leadership is needed, my experiences. The process was very comfortable. After the interview was finished she offered to let me continue with the process. This included arranging a drug and background check. After that, I waited for confirmation. I hear back within 10 days or so. Looking forward to me internship, I've heard good things!

I applied through LinkedIn and then I received an invitation to complete a virtual interview. It asked about 8 questions and you had 30 seconds to prepare before it started recording. You were also able to rerecord your response only once per question.
