The interview process consisted of three stages : HR Screen, phone interview, on site interview. Once you get past the first two stages, the on site interview was very relaxed and easy-going. The interview is not particularly hard if you know what you are talking about. Be prepared to talk about your resume and also be prepared to answer a few detailed on the spot questions concerning the processes at the facility.
