The process is extremely long and repetitive. They essentially have the same interview over and over again but with different people. Some nice and others unpleasant. The interviews ranged from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Some don't even know what questions to ask. They go through your CV then and there and despite reading it, still ask you to explain your roles again and again. The difficulty lies in the painstaking process of dealing with these people.
