Met with Manager for lunch. Interview was nice and manager was friendly and so nice. Was asked some questions regarding my experience and expectations for the new position. Was told that I would get an offer via email and to look it over and reply.

I was called to ask if I was interested, then was brought in to the office overall 2 times for in person interviews. After such I was given reading materials so I could get ahead of the game before our course for the exam started.

It was a very easy process, I was made to feel comfortable and not nervous , as I was asked about my customer service skills, and work ethics, and if this was something that I would enjoy.
