Ik werkte al in een warenhuis voor een concurrerend merk, Strellson, toen ik door de bedrijfsleider werd gevraagd om binnen te komen voor een gesprek. Hugo Boss bood een meer marktconform salaris dan Strellson, en ik zou een grotere inspraak in het rooster en werktijden hebben. Tijdens het gesprek bespraken we de uren en het salaris.

The interview was very easy. After 5 minutes in the interview they offered me a job and got a schedule for the first week when starting.

First was an online interview. Overall there weren't any difficult questions but answer had to be kept to a maximum 1-2 minutes, which I didn't feel was enough. However, you do get 3 chances to record your answer to each question.
