My first interview was a phone screening and was pretty standard. I was then invited for an in-person casual interview by the store manager at a nearby cafe near the physical store which involved some basic questions about my past experiences.

Fast response time after applying, but the first interview is through HireVue, which consist of applicant answering general retail questions. As the HireVue interview is a one-way process it can be uncomfortable.

It started as an online interview with Online prompts then 1 on 1 over a coffee interview with area manager. Basic retail interview questions. Easy to complete, no rogue questions.
