The interview experience left me with concerns about the company’s culture and operating style. The overall process took two months to complete, which felt longer than expected and lacked clear communication around timelines. Throughout the conversations, I sensed frequent shifts in priorities and a lack of a clearly articulated strategy and long-term vision. It felt like the strategy is somewhat reactive, particularly around AI. Also, feels like they are focused more on being acquired. Each interview round was limited to 30 minutes, and there was minimal time allocated for follow-up questions. It felt more like a box-checking exercise, with only about a minute at the end for candidate questions, which made it difficult to have a meaningful two-way discussion.
