Questions quite straight forward. But panel interview the management asked weird question eg., what is your family occupation. Confused when they are asking irrelevant question to yourself and your suitability to the job

Entrevista
Typical process first conversation with company recruiter, then 1:1 interviews with hiring manager and their manager, presentation of scientific article and final round of interviews with cross-functional leadership and HR director. The process was very well organized, easy to follow directions and schedules. All the people I met were extremely nice and excited about company mission and assets. It was easy to make a decision to join.
