1- Online test based on c-factor
2- Assessment center conducted in HBL head office.
this consisted of two parts: a) 20minute group discussion followed by a presentation on the brand statement as part of going digital. b) a business strategy Game: "Go Fishing". (google The Fish Banks Ltd. Game)
3- Final Panel interview.
Panelists included 3 senior managers and one HR person
