I had a phone screening with HR and then a video interview with the person I'd be reporting to. Both were great and we got along well. The phone screening was quick, and more of a check in to make sure I knew what the job was and a little more information about the company as a whole. The video interview was a casual conversation that balanced between being asked situational questions and my interests.

After sending in my application, I had a pleasant conversation with the hiring manager. This was followed by an assignment. Everyone was very kind, and I felt like I gained a good understanding of how the team worked.
