Applied online through their career portal. After approx 3 weeks received an email from a manager offering one available day for an interview with 5 days advance notice. Had the interview and felt it went well. 5 weeks has now passed, with a thank you email the following day, and a follow up email at the 2 week mark. Have not heard a single word from them since.

Short and quick process. Great panel, great questions, great conversation. Basic behavioral questions and deep drive into my experience. Had time to ask questions to better know the team and the hospital.

Took forever to get an interview and even longer than that to get feedback on the interview. I'm ok with not being hired , but a candidate should be told that weren't selected, especially when it is impossible to reach HR recruiters
